Short version: we collect what we need to sell you sprayers, ship you parts, and answer your questions — and nothing more. Here's the long version, in plain language.
This Privacy Policy describes how Equipment Technologies, Inc. ("ET," "we," "us") collects and handles information when you visit etsprayers.com, request a quote, contact a dealer through us, sign up for product updates, or buy parts on our partner site.
It does not cover what an independent Apache dealer does with information you give them directly. Once we hand off a quote request to a dealer, that dealer's own privacy practices apply to the conversation that follows.
We try to keep this short. Here is everything we ask for, and why:
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, financial-account numbers, biometric data, or precise GPS location through this website.
The information above is used to do the things you'd expect: respond to quote requests, route you to a dealer in your area, ship the part you ordered, send the email you signed up for, and improve the website over time.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not rent it. We do not trade it.
Apache is sold exclusively through independent dealers. When you submit a quote request or use the dealer locator, we hand off your contact info to a dealer who will reach out directly. From that point, your conversation with the dealer is governed by their own practices, not ours.
If you want to know which dealer received your request, or you'd prefer we route you to a different dealer, write us at marketing@etsprayers.com and we'll sort it.
Quote requests and contact-form submissions are retained for up to three years so we can recognize repeat customers and answer historical questions. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Web-server logs are rotated and retained for up to 12 months. Backup copies of databases follow a 90-day rolling cycle and then expire.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards: encrypted transport (TLS), access controls on internal systems, and a small enough team that the people handling your data actually know each other's names. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we don't promise perfection — but we treat your data with the same care we'd want for our own.
This site is built for adult agricultural buyers. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, write us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the website, products, or laws change. The date at the top is the effective date of the current version. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days before they take effect.
