"ET," "we," and "us" mean Equipment Technologies, Inc., a company headquartered in Mooresville, Indiana. "You" means the person reading the screen.
You may use the Site to learn about Apache sprayers, request a quote, find a dealer, look up parts, and read articles. In return, you agree not to:
If you submit a quote request, dealer application, or any other form on the Site, you confirm the information is truthful and that you have the authority to provide it. You grant ET a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information to respond to your request, route it to the appropriate dealer, and improve our products and services.
If you send us an idea, photo, video, or testimonial — whether by email, social media tag, or upload — you grant ET permission to use it in our marketing in exchange for the satisfaction of seeing your sprayer on the website. We'll credit you when we know who you are.
Apache sprayers are sold exclusively through independent Apache dealers. ET does not sell sprayers directly to end customers through this Site.
A "quote" generated or requested through the Site is an invitation to begin a conversation with a dealer — not a binding offer to sell at a stated price. Final pricing, financing, lead time, trade-in valuation, and contract terms are set by your dealer in writing. ET is not party to that contract.
The Site may display starting prices, monthly payment estimates, or build estimates. These figures are illustrative, can change without notice, and are subject to dealer discretion, options, freight, taxes, fees, and your local market.
We work hard to keep specs accurate. Even so, the products evolve, options change, and the printed page is always slightly behind the assembly line.
Nothing on this Site replaces the operator's manual that ships with your machine. Read it. Operate sprayers only after proper training, with all guards in place, and in accordance with all applicable laws, label rates, and local regulations.
Apache, the Apache wordmark, the ET arrow, and related logos are trademarks of Equipment Technologies, Inc. All other trademarks shown on the Site — including those of our compatibility partners — belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

Some links on the Site point to third-party websites — your dealer's site, the Apache parts portal, social-media profiles, partner brands. We don't control those sites and we aren't responsible for their content, terms, or practices. When you leave etsprayers.com, you're on someone else's terms.
Your Apache machine comes with a limited factory warranty as described in the warranty document delivered with the sprayer. That document — not this Site — is the controlling source for what's covered, for how long, and under what conditions. Ask your dealer for a copy or write us if you've misplaced yours.
The information on this Site is for general guidance and may be summarized, simplified, or out of date.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ET disclaims all warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Use of the Site is at your own risk. ET is not responsible for typos, incorrect images, broken links, downtime, or your reliance on any information found here in lieu of confirming with a dealer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ET, its officers, employees, dealers, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Site — even if we've been advised that such damages are possible.
If we are found liable for anything despite the above, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), or the amount you actually paid us through the Site in the twelve months before the claim — whichever is greater.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the limits above may not apply to you in full. In those states our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Disputes about a specific machine — purchase, warranty, service — are governed by the contract you signed with your dealer and the warranty document that came with your sprayer, not by these Site Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the current version. If we make material changes, we'll flag them on the homepage for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
